Ray DeCarlo, Broker
After 29 years of providing financial assistance to buyers and homeowners, Ray founded First Service Realty in 2003 to assist people in Real Estate transactions by providing a “full service company”. His primary goal has been to focus on the needs of his clients.

Ray DeCarlo graduated from Seton Hall University. In 1968, he went to work for Francis I. duPont & Co., on Wall Street in New York City. Ray entered the field of Real Estate in 1974 in New Jersey and subsequently obtained a position with Suburban Savings & Loan as a Regional Loan Manager in their mortgage division. The Company transferred him to California in 1978 to assist in the expansion of its subsidiary, Suburban Coastal Corporation. Ray “pre-approves buyers “before” they look for their dream home. This makes transactions easy to close.

Ray's mission is “Service First” thus the name First Service Realty.
